Domain Rental Agreement and Legal Notice

BY SENDING THE RENTAL PAYMENT TO US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT  THAT YOU UNDERSTAND
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS DOMAIN RENTAL AGREEMENT.

AZ Matrix Inc., is the owner and registrant of these specified domain names offered for rent or purchase.

The “Renter” agrees to rent a domain name from AZ Matrix Inc. upon the following conditions:

It is agreed that the Renter UNDERSTANDS THAT USE OF THE DOMAIN NAME MAY BE SUBJECT TO
APPLICABLE LAWS IN ALL JURISDICTIONS IN WHICH THE DOMAIN NAME IS USED OR ACCESSIBLE, INCLUDING
THOSE CONCERNING TRADEMARKS AND OTHER TYPES OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.  THIS AGREEMENT
CONFERS NO TRADEMARK RIGHTS OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE DOMAIN NAME.  
THE USE OF THE DOMAIN MUST BE FOR LEGAL USE ONLY.  NO FORM OF SPAMMING WILL BE PERMITTED.

FULL USE of the domain for 8 consecutive months!  New 6 month rentals receive 2 extra months free!

The Renter will have exclusive rights to use the domain name and that AZ Matrix Inc. can not sell, rent,
transfer, or convey the domain name to any other person or entity during this or future rental periods.

Only new renters can receive the special offer of 2 extra months free.  This special offer applies to first  
terms only.  Additional 6 month renewals will remain at the original rental price and never increase!

Credit of any UNUSED rental time (pro-rated  monthly) will be applied to the full ownership price if the Renter wishes
to buy the name during the rental term.  For example, if the renter decides the domain to be an excellent investment
and wants to purchase after almost 3 months of use, then the value of the remaining 5 pre-paid months will be
credited toward the original full ownership price. This example is based on our 2 months for free special offer.

There are NO additional fees to rent or buy the domain name.  The original Buy and Rental price will
always remain the same for as long as the Renter continues renting the domain in good standing.  

The Renter acknowledges that AZ Matrix Inc., as the owner of the domain name, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATING TO THE USE,
OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE DOMAIN NAME, OR IN ANY OTHER WAY RELATED TO THE DOMAIN NAME. This
includes the options of name forwarding and email forwarding provided by the domain registrar which is outside the
control of AZ Matrix Inc..

It will be the sole responsibility of the Renter to check that the services of the domain name are working correctly.  
The renter may use whatever web hosting provider they wish.  Any new or updated hosting provider DNS
settings, or basic domain name forwarding changes will be made within 10 days of email notification from Renter.

For security, the email address given for the renter’s "official contact" will be the ONLY contact address authorized
to renew, buy, or make any future changes to the services that are provided with the domain name during the rental
term.  If the original email contact is changing, notification of that must be done ahead of time using the original
official contact email address.

Failure to renew the domain rental BEFORE the expiration date will constitute a cancellation of this agreement and
the continued use of the domain name.

State of Arizona, U.S.A. Law governs this entire agreement.  This instrument shall represent the entire agreement
between the parties hereto; any other or prior understandings or agreements being hereby canceled, having no
further force and effect thereof.   This agreement may not be assigned or transferred in any manner by either party
without prior written notification.

1)    The desired domain name that is to be rented.

2)    The name of the person renting the domain (please no company names).

3)    The Renter's postal address.

4)    The Renter's email address for the official contact.

5)     PayPal account address to send billing invoice (if different than above).

6)    Acknowledgment: "I Agree and Accept your Domain Rental Agreement".
Within a few hours of contacting us, we will confirm by email your request to rent the
domain name.  We will also email you a billing invoice to make the rental payment..

The rental payment for the 6 month term is paid in advance using a secure PayPal
invoice (credit cards are accepted only through PayPal).

make payment using PayPal.  None of your financial details are ever disclosed to us.

The official starting date of the domain rental commences TWO (2) DAYS AFTER the
date we send you the invoice.  Due to the time sensitive agreement, prompt payment is
necessary. PLEASE be completely ready to begin when Requesting a Domain Rental.
